Trademark management software for growing portfolios
Short answer
Trademark management software keeps every mark, status, deadline and document in one place and reminds the right people before deadlines. Trademarking adds search, filing preparation and watch alerts to the portfolio, as an intellectual property management tool built for teams.
- Statuses and dates are read from public registry records.
- Roles, seats, audit log and SSO on the Agency plan.
- Exports to CSV and PDF for management and clients.
One record per mark from search to renewal
- Mark, owner, office, application and registration numbers, classes and specification.
- Status from the official register with a link to the source.
- Deadlines: trademark renewal, declarations of use, office action replies and opposition windows.
- Documents: filing packs, certificates and correspondence.
- Watch alerts linked to the mark they concern.
Built for three kinds of teams
| Team | What they use most | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| In-house brand or legal team | Portfolio, renewals, oppositions, management reports | Business |
| Branding and naming agency | Bulk searches, white label reports, client workspaces | Agency |
| Small IP law firm | Client portfolios, watch reports, API | Agency |
Security and access
Data comes only from public registries and what your team adds. Accounts use roles, sign-in can require two-factor authentication, and the Agency plan adds single sign-on and an audit log. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Agencies and platforms that want results inside their own tools use the trademark search API.
